Tomorrow I have an appointment at a salon to go get my hair cut... really, really short.
I'm thinking like Hallie Berry, Audrey Hepburn short.

The top one is my favorite and her face shape is about the same as mine so I'm hoping it would look good on me. I am just really tired of my same old hair style. I usually just pull my hair up every day because I don't care enough to blow dry it. I hardly ever wear it down because I'm just not very picky about my hair and it is usually very low on my priorities. Beisdes... I'm really not that good at "doing" my hair.
So what I am hoping to get is a super easy and low matinence hair style. One that I can shower, put gel in it, brush and maybe put in a head band and be done. Does such a thing exist. I'm hoping it does.
I figure that I will either LOVE it or HATE having short hair, but at this point in my life I just need a dramatic change and I'm ready to take my chances.
Have you ever cut your hair short? How did it turn out?

oh fun! i think these are all super cute. I don't think I could ever pull off hair that short, but I LOVE it on other people. The most drastic cut I ever did was about 2 years ago. I cut off over a foot to donate to locks of love.
Go for it. You're right, you'll love it or hate it and this is the way to find out. I'm thinking it will be pretty cute. And hair always grows.
I think you will love it! Those pictures are great and how fun for a change :) The only thing I didn't like about having shorthair (I haven't had my hair this short) but it was short enough I couldn't do a ponytail for a while and that is what drove me crazy, that I couldn't just put it back quick when I wanted to.Good luck and have fun with it!
I chopped my hair short after my first daughter was born. I got tons of compliments on it, but when I look back at pictures now I think, "What was I thinking?!" But I totally understand the urge to chop. Go for it! I can't wait to see pics!
i cut my hair super short every couple years, then grow it out, get bored, and go short again...i love playing with it! (invest in some earrings to make you feel more feminine...)

I love the top haircut! I love my hair short. Trouble is, I hate paying to get my hair cut as often as I must to keep it short. I think you'll love it. Please post!
