On Saturday Jon and I were shopping and I found THE CUTEST little girl dress, and I bought it. Gasp. No, this isn't an announcement, I'm not pregnant. But I just couldn't let this
little dress pass me by (this isn't the exact dress, but it looks very similar). I knew that if I didn't buy it someday when I have a little girl, I would spend the rest of my days looking for one just like it. I'm kind a of a sucker for anything "sailor-y". If I could find a little boy outfit like this, that would be perfect! Anway, the dress was a steal and I figure that maybe next time I do get pregnant God might just send me a girl seeing as I already have the perfect dress for her. If not, I guess I'll just have to pass it on to someone else. OOOh little girl clothes are so cute, no offense to boy's clothes, but it would definetly be more fun to shop for a little girl.

Not trying to rub it in....but shopping for little girls clothes is SO fun. It is like playing dress up with her every day! I won't let my husband dress her, because I just LOVE picking out her outfit! Good luck with having a girl! Hopefully having a dress for her won't curse you! J/K!
Joanne once bought a darling girl's dress on the chance her second baby was a girl. It wasn't, so she gave it to us, and now Ruth, Emma Lucy, and Eleanor have all looked adorable in it. So I'm sure there will be some little girl who will be glad you bought it!
What an adorable dress! That is so much fun! I was given two sailor type of outfits that my mom had us kids wear and I have them ready if the occasion presents itself even for Andrea to wear them. So much fun!
haha! too funny. i bought my diaper bag before i was pregnant. so i may be even worse off than you! i am doing everything in my power not to buy maternity clothes right now when i see cute things or stuff on sale, b/c we've been trying for over a year, but i know that if bought prego clothes i'd just be further postponing getting pregnant b/c of prego kharma or something like that...

I do have to tell you though...
I made two pink baby blankets for 4-H. I was only in middle school then. But, I told my mom after I finished the second one that I was sure I just cursed myself to have all boys. Well, so far...
I'm pretty sure I'm destined to have 12 strapping boys. Not that it's a bad thing. Just thought I'd tease you a little. (:
I hope you do have a little girl some day who will just look like a little angel in that dress.

Heather- that dress is so cute! And I really have to agree with you about little girl clothes! {Little boy clothes are all too smiliar.} I too love to buy girl clothes in the hopes that I'll have one someday, but if not someone else will get some way cute stuff!
