A Moment of Silence Please...

To commemorate the passing of my most recently favorite pair of jeans, which tragically tore out at the knee yesterday. Sob. There is still a small hope that they will be able to be saved by a patch, but in my experience patches are just the beginning of the foreseeable bitter end-- the scrap box. Sob.

Really, these were the best jeans, not only were they a bargain deal but they also happened to be beautifully one size smaller than my normal size (I don't know why) and when ever I put them I felt instantly slimmer and taller. Magic. They also were the perfect color, and went good with all my shirts and shoes. Which why they are now completely worn out-- imagine that.

Really this is a sad day because now it means I have to go on a hunt for another favorite pair of jeans, and that can be a long, frustrating, and self-esteem shattering ordeal. Wish me luck. Sob.

So they were like a size 2? Sad about the holes! I guess that's the sacrifice you make crawling around after a baby! ;) Are the holes low enough to cut them off for shorts?

my condolences. jean shopping is right up there with bra shopping...both my least favorite things to shop for!

Oh sad!!! I can't stand jeans shopping---they always seem to fit in the dressing room and then not at home...weird. Good luck! I hope you're able to find another fabulous pair you love like those ones.
